William has 30 years of successful professional career as a management consultant of a premier global strategy consultancy, a fast-track executive at the group corporate office and the key affiliates of LG, and an entrepreneur of various cross-border start-ups and project companies.

William started coaching and mentoring his consulting and executive roles when he taught courses on leadership, change management, and cross-cultural management at LG 20 years ago.  Since then, William has coached numerous expatriate and Korean executives while pursuing his consulting and executive career concurrently.  William offers a unique coaching experience to his clients by combining his deep business consulting expertise with solid formal coaching methodologies and providing practical and maximum value to his business clients.
